TaskIt is task management and workflow software. Each company gets its own private workspace where tasks are created, assigned, handed over between people or departments, reviewed and completed, with a full audit trail. No company can see another’s data.
A handover keeps the same task ID for the whole lifecycle and records a separate history row containing the previous assignee, the next assignee, work completed, work still pending, notes, progress and a timestamp. The task is never duplicated, so its history stays attached to one record.
Yes. A department task is created unowned and every active member of that department is notified. In Single Owner mode the first person to accept locks the task; in Collaborative mode several members join and each logs their own progress, which is averaged into the task's overall progress.
Yes. Each workspace pairs its own WhatsApp number through a self-hosted gateway. Task creation, handover and completion notifications can be sent to the assignee, to a group, or both, using customisable message templates. Scheduled daily, weekly and monthly task reports are also supported.
Yes. Every new company starts on a 30-day free trial with every core feature and the WhatsApp module included. After the trial you pay ₹45 per active team member per month and nothing for the plan itself — you just choose how often you are invoiced: monthly, every six months, or once a year. All prices exclude 18% GST.
