Every message is written to a persistent queue and delivered by a background worker with retries, backoff, de-duplication and crash recovery.
Exports, not connections
TaskIt has no public API and no outgoing webhooks. What it does have is a way to take your data anywhere else.
CSV and Excel
Reports across tasks, people, workflow, collaboration and recurring schedules export to CSV and Excel for your own analysis.
The same reports export to PDF when what you need is a document to send or file rather than a sheet to work in.
What TaskIt does not integrate with
There is no Slack, Zapier, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams or Notion integration, no public API and no outgoing webhooks. If your decision depends on one of those, it is better to know now — and worth telling us, because what gets asked for is what gets built.
