Yes. There is no plan fee at all — you pay ₹45 per active team member per month, and that is the whole bill unless you add an optional module. The count follows your team automatically, so nobody has to remember to update it. Departments, task forms, and roles and permissions remain unlimited however many people you have.

No. Every price shown is exclusive of GST, which is added at the standard 18% rate. A team of 10 on the monthly term is ₹450 + ₹81 GST = ₹531. Every invoice is a GST-compliant tax invoice.

Add-ons are quoted per month and charged for the same term as your plan, on the same invoice. The WhatsApp module is ₹499 a month, cloud storage is ₹249 per GB a month, and team members are ₹45 each a month. On a 6-month Growth term the WhatsApp module therefore costs ₹499 × 6 = ₹2,994, added before GST.

Cloud storage is not bundled with any plan — it is bought by the GB and is ₹249 per GB per month, billed for the same term as your plan. The 30-day free trial includes 1 GB at no cost. Nothing is ever deleted if you let storage lapse; you simply cannot upload new files until you are back within your limit.

Every new company starts on a 30-day free trial with every feature unlocked, the WhatsApp module included at no cost. No card is required, and billing begins only once the trial ends. Trials come with 1 GB of storage, and files uploaded during a trial are kept for 15 days — your tasks, comments, history and reports are never removed, and subscribing lifts both limits.

Yes. You can switch plan or change add-ons at any time from your subscription page. The change applies from your next invoice — a period you have already paid for runs to its end.
